Job Title: Senior Finance Officer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director. The ideal candidate will bring strong international financial expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge financial insight with cross-functional business operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance/accounting roles
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Strong ability to explain and present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Solid understanding of UK tax systems, financial regulations, and legal compliance requirements
• Good knowledge of Chinese trade taxation systems and financial practices
• Familiarity with multicultural business environments and international communication
• Understanding of multiple languages and cultures is highly desirable, including:
  • English
  • Spanish
  • German
  • Mandarin Chinese

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multinational companies or cross-border trade environments
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic financial planning skills
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and business contexts

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with UK and international tax regulations
• Support cross-border trade financial operations, especially UK-China related transactions
• Provide financial guidance to management and non-financial departments
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and risk management
